We’re experts so you don’t need to be. Our Home Consultants are experienced and will work with you to address all important considerations, including how to utilise your section to get the best layout for your lifestyle while maximising sunlight and indoor-outdoor flow.

Building a home can be stressful and time consuming. You can stay as involved as you want to be and we’ll take care of the rest. We can manage the project for you from start to finish.

1. Enquire

Make an appointment with your Home Consultant to discuss your requirements.

2. Estimate

Your Home Consultant will listen to your ideas and help select the home for you and provide free, no obligation, estimates.

3. Approve

Once everything is spot-on, payment of the Preliminary Fee Agreement allows us to conduct a thorough site inspection, draft your concept plans and provide a full specification list.

4. Fixed Price

We do all the up-front ground work and liaise with local authorities to give you a fixed price for your home.

5. Agreement

Our clear, plain English, Building Agreement is tailored to suit your project and circumstances. It covers the obligations of all parties.

6.Consent

We provide the necessary plans and coordinate your application for Building Consent.

7. Construction

The exciting phase of construction begins. Depending on the complexity and time of the year this will typically take three to four months unless you purchase one of our pre-built homes.

8. Delivery

Most houses are built off-site in our yard. You can watch as your brand new house is delivered. Then it’s time to hand over the keys.
